LARRY WEISS

Larry is a  lifelong resident of the Milwaukee/Mequon area and a full-time Coldwell Banker agent with over 38 years of experience,  specializing in condominiums and the Milwaukee and Northshore markets. He holds degrees in both Real Estate and Business, as well as certificates from Dale Carnegie and Floyd Wickman and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Larry has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards throughout his career, including Coldwell Banker’s Sterling International Award, Diamond International Award, and is a four-time recipient of the Player’s Choice Award, having achieved over $100 million in lifetime sales.

ERIN JOSLYN

Homes have been Erin's passion for over 25 years.  After graduating from Smith College and then receiving my PhD in Art History from the University of London, she began my Real Estate career working for her uncle, a commercial real estate broker in Manhattan. Her interest in residential real estate began on a personal level – purchasing, renovating, and selling several homes on two continents.  She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)and loves introducing new arrivals to the joys of living in Milwaukee.  Erin currently resides in her favorite neighborhood - the vibrant village of Shorewood – with her husband and the youngest of their four children.
